Chara Community

Holds monthly meetings to maintain and take care of the church facilities and meeting spaces. For those who are organizational and likes to get their hands dirty.

Two programs are currently run through college ministry. One, an online Bible Study that is available during the school semester. Two, weekly fellowship gatherings that are held during the summer break. For those who are willing and able to invest time and energy into the next generation.

Communion is held once a month and occasionally during special holidays. The team prepares the elements of the Lord’s supper as well as maintaining the communion-ware. For those that are prayerful and punctual.

The creative team updates graphics and images that are related to church ministry. They also create the weekly news videos and are in charge of our website. For those who are artistic and have computer skills.

The events coordinator plans and executes social gatherings once a quarter throughout the year. For those who are people gathers and sociable.

The finance team keeps a record of church tithes and offerings. They produce quarterly reports for members and document reimbursements as needed. For those who are accurate and analytical.

The leadership team coordinates and implements ministry goals and objectives. They bring together the different ministries into a coherent whole. For those who are called to serve others and are teachable.

Life groups are held twice a month. Life group leaders lead and facilitate these meetings for members. For those who are hospitable and caring.

The media team run the back of house for Sunday worship. They are tech savvy and highly skilled with audio and video production. For those who are technical and detailed orientated.

Men’s ministry is a monthly social gathering. For those who are a leader among others and encompassing of all others.

The outreach team coordinate bi-monthly meetings to reach out to those in society who are in need of our help. For those who are able to connect and reach out to organizations and charities.

The praise team leads congregational singing and worship for Sunday services and other gatherings. For those who are musical talented and can work well in a team environment.

Weekly Bible studies are a core component of our Sundays. Small group leaders prepare and lead these studies. For those who love to study the Word and are well prepared in advance.

Sports ministry is held as per need of the different sports organized in our church. For those who can act as intermediaries and have good communication skills.

Teachers who teach the Word of God on a weekly basis. For those who love children and are willing to make deeply rooted relationships.

For those who have graduated discipleship and leadership training and are willing to teach others. For those who are studious and encouraging.

The welcome team prepares the front of house on Sundays. They reach out to newcomers and greet people for Sunday worship. For those who have a big smile and are early risers.

Women’s ministry is a monthly social gathering. For those who are a leader among others and encompassing of all others.
