Speaker: Pastor Fred Liggin
Dr. Fred Liggin is a follower of Jesus, lead pastor with Williamsburg Christian Church, founder and co-executive director with 3e Restoration Inc, co-owner of Philoxenia Culture, contextual theologian, certified trauma professional, S.T.A.R. practitioner (Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience), ethnographer, TEDx alum, and coffee drinker. He is an adjunct lecturer with William & Mary. He has served as an adjunct professor at Rochester University and Regent University where he taught courses in philosophy, ethics, ethnography, Christian history, theology, and leadership. He serves on the Advisory Board of Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Bacon Street Youth and Family Services, and FreeKind. In addition to the board for 3e Restoration, he is a founding board member and trainer with the Virginia Racial Healing Institute.
